Terms of Service

1. Booking and Payment

By making a booking with Travel Experts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 59-30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
• 29-15 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total trip cost
• No refunds for unused portions of a trip once it has commenced

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. We advise purchasing comprehensive coverage that includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage protection as soon as you make your booking.

4. Passport and Visa Requirements

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, for all countries included in their itinerary. Travel Experts cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

5. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and for obtaining any recommended vaccinations or medications for their destination. Travel Experts reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip if their behavior endangers themselves, other travelers, or local people.

6. Changes to Itineraries

While we strive to operate all trips as described, Travel Experts reserves the right to change any aspect of the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political situations, or natural disasters.
